We need a lot more information. First. , what is her temperature? Famacha ? Any fecals done recently? Have you wormed her or given coccidia prevention recently - and how much and with what? Any rumen sounds? What is she eating? Any changes to feed? We are here to help but can’t get a handle on it without knowing what you may be dealing with. In the meantime give b complex and probiotics.

im not sure what her temperature is, I wormed her last week, her rumen isn’t making any noise, no new feeds, I give her a mix of black oil sunflower seeds sweet feed grower feed and orchard pellets
Get a thermometer..any type will do but I find a digital is easiest. We need to know her temp.
Check her famacha as well. If you don't know how..Google a video to learn real quick. This will let you know if shes anemic. Be quick to decide color and do it in good sunlite.
No rumen noise is not good. Start with giving her a shot of B complex and some probiotics. Get her temp and check famacha.

A temp is crucial.

Getting a digital thermometer is best.

Can you get her up if forced to?
If she gets up, is she strong on her feet, weak in the rear, has her head turned to the right or left, circling? Eye darting? Drooling on one side, slack jaw, droopy ear or blindness in the same side?

While laying down, does she have her head tucked into her flank or side?

Is she pregnant at all?

You say no gut sounds, she needs her rumen rebuild. But if she has been down a while, that will cause rumen issues.
