Doe uti or blockage or recovery?

Nubian doe in milk arrived to me with occasional leaking urine and grunting when urinating. Improved after acv in water and oranges, I also am feeding ammonium c one tea spoon per day. I'm trying to decide what to feed and if I should dry her up. She was previously fed Bermuda alfalfa pellets on the milk stand and alfalfa bale. I had bought King dairy goat feed and I'm not sure if I should feed that. At this point I'm not sure if I'm dealing with anymore packages or maybe just some inflammation and infection after recovering from the blockage.
Today the most concerning part is that the exterior of her urethra is red and has some type of buildup. A few small papules around her labia. She no longer grunts when she urinates and more urine comes out but she's still leaking urine sometimes when she does not squat to pee. It's been about 14 days since she was grunting.

She could also have an infection from kidding.. I would involve your vet and him then check her. I’ve seen does with infection from kidding dribble pee as you describe

Her temperature is a solid 101.0F
She's looking better today.

Her vulva built up is hard to see. Is it slimy, grainy? Does it wash off?
Temp is a tad low..101.5 is low end of normal. I would retake in an hour or so. Does taking her temp cause her discomfort?

I second toth … you don’t want this to turn into a problem that would be very difficult. Consult your vet.
