I am posting this for a friend about her doe, so here is her history....
Niobe (Pygmy, don't know her age) miscarried on Feb 16th, gave her penicillian twice a day for a week. She has coughed off and on up until March 18th. On that day she took her temp(104F) because she noticed that her cough had turned into wheezing. She then wormed her with Ivermectin Plus SQ and started her on LA200 once a day for 6 days. Her coughing decreased and her wheezing stopped. She went out last night to the barn and Niobe was having a coughing fit and wheezing worse then ever but she only wheezes when coughing. When she's not coughing her breathing sounds fine. She started her on her second dose of Ivermectin Plus SQ last night and took her temp(102F). My friend is puzzled. She was thinking lung worms. So that's why she started worming her. She wants to try putting her on LA200 again but wanted your guys thoughts first.

Is the place that she is keeping her dusty...how is the hay any dust in it or mold?
Try moving her in another spot.....

    could be dust
    Allergies

    nasal discharge...or eye?

Lungworms ...does she cough more after running?
How far in between... did she give injections of Ivomac plus?

No nasal/eye discharge. Not dusty at all where we live. She has only bought 2 bales of hay this year for the goats because she has enough land to supplement the goats. The hay isn't dusty either.
She just gave the 2nd dose of Ivermectin Plus so it's been 12 days since the first dose. She knows that you should do it every 10 days 3 times.
She hasn't noticed Niobe coughing more after running.

have her do... what she is doing with the Ivomac plus.....and then see if ...after treatment....she has any improvement....she may still have somewhat of a cough... but it should get better as time goes by.......make sure she still keeps an eye in her .....for any signs of illness....
