One of my does kidded 3 days ago and I let her out of the kidding stall but the whole time out her and my other pregnant doe just butted heads and started to bleed so I put her back. Is this normal? I don't want them to hurt each other especially my doe thats due in 3 weeks.

Yes, when a doe has been separated from the herd for a little period of time.
The redo pecking order kicks in.

You may have to wait until the other doe kids out so the other doesn’t hurt the kids within.

Mine do that even when they’ve been separated for as little as 24 hours. My herd queen kidded yesterday. Today she already wanted back in with the herd to make sure everyone knew she was still boss. I leave the kids in the kidding pen for the first week, letting the dams out for a few hours at a time to reestablish their place and get things sorted out without the little ones in danger. Mine will sometimes bash until bloody. I leave them be to sort it out themselves.
