Have you had a fecal done to include coccidia?

I have two does who have been having diarrhea ranging from dog like log poops to cow patties. The older one kidded on Dec 28th and the younger kidded Jan 1st and the diarrhea started soon after kidding for both, although the older doe has struggled with this a few times since we got her. I can't seem to give her any grain at all without it causing diarrhea.
The older doe is moving a bit slower than normal but otherwise both act as they always do and are eating with just as much gusto. I cut way down on the grain but was afraid to cut it out completely with the younger doe as we are milking her. We also feed alfalfa pellets and a handful of oats. They have access to baking soda and manna pro goat mineral.
They have been wormed with Fias Co farms herbal dewormer.
Any idea what might be causing this or what I can do to clear it up? We are still very new and seem to read a lot of conflicting information.

I have not, the older doe's cleared up for a day or two so I was trying to wait and see if they both would again, thought maybe it had to do with them just having kidded. But now they are both dealing with it again. We're having rough weather where I am at the moment but I will try to have one done as soon as things open back up again.Have you had a fecal done to include coccidia?
I thought coccidiosis would lead to their behavior or appetite being off?
Hows their famacha? With one slowing down I would not wait to have a fecal done. Get one in today if possible. Kidding stress can cause a parasite bloom.
To start..I would do acute dosing of the herbal parasite formula. Be on top of it is important.
Tummy Tamer can also help as a support
1 teaspoon each
Cayenne pepper
Ginger
Cinnamon
Slippery elm
Clove
Acv
Molasses
20-30 cc water..blend smooth with a few garlic cloves. Give 2 times a day between acute parasite herbal formula dosing.

I'm not saying it is coccidia. But if you are going to have a fecal done, you want to test for everything. But coccidia doesn't always give the typical signs. With having just kidded, they probably had a parasite bloom.

The older does famacha is paler than ideal. The younger appears normal.
No milk with drawl With herbs 😁
Have a fecal done on both to make sure everything is being addressed there. Ask to include coccidia check
I agree with a fecal for worms and cocci.
