Yes has happened to me a couple times, I now check after receiving the error message and usually it pops up anyway!

Duplicate thread issues
Hi everyone, hope all is well. 🤗
We have had many duplicate threads or posts pop up, which makes it more work for our team to go through and delete them.
Do know, when you have just joined The Goat Spot, your post or thread will have to wait for approval by a moderator or administrator first.
If any member gets an error message and thinks a thread or post has not went through, please try to wait a few minutes to see if it did post or not.
Sometimes it may take a bit to post. Go check and see if it is there, before submitting another post or thread.
I know sometimes the internet connection lags, which may cause this.
