This is all I have available at the moment. I was told 1 tsp per gallon. Pigmy kids are 5 weeks old. Untreated and one had diarrhea after giving greain the night before last. They won't take a bottle. I tried for 2 weeks straight before the vet told me they would be fine. My question is about the dosage. Should I leave only the 1 gallon in their pen for them to drink it? What if they won't drink the water with te duramycin in it? Is there a better dosage that I can give orally? Thanks ahead of time.

That will do nothing for coccidia. That is for E-Coli and some respiratory problems.

I would just do the 1 gallon of water and have that be the only source of water if you choose to try it.

I would try finding something that is specifically made to treat cocci like Sulmet or DiMethox.
