I just had a friend call me, says her goat is peeing blood. Urinating blood clots at times. What do we need to do!? Mine has urinated blood but he was far gone by then and we had to put him down.

He is very bloated, and won't get up. We have a heating blanket on him. Were trying to get a vet out or even an at home euth service. I don't think this guy is going to make it

Force him up and moving! Massage that rumen hard. Keep walking, massaging.
Sounds like bloat is in combination with possible urinary calculi but you can hit him with baking soda balls or about a half a cup veggie oil.

Definitely UC they may have to cut his tip to let the pee pass. I had a wether peeing blood and it was not to late. He was about the same age. If your vet is familiar with goats he can help you do it over the phone as I had to do. If taken care of quickly he can make a full recovery, mine is turning 14 yrs old. Good luck praying for him
