Emergency please pray.(she's gone)

    Went out to feed and milk this morning and Xcell is sick! Wont eat anything, grain, hay or treats. Wont drink. Came out of the barn all scared and looking around like something was out to get her. Temp was normal 101.3. Lungs fine and still has ruemen sounds.

    Called the vet and she said to give thiamine, probios, banamine and fluids. So I gave B-Complex with 100mg/ml thiamine in it. And Banamine. I had already given probios, tums, and some b-12. Then she started having wicked runs so I txt messaged the vet again since she is in a conference and she pretty much said the same course of treatment.

    I'm so nervous and on top of this all she's preggy. :tears:

    Tried to get an IV in her(One of the perks of having a mom who's a nurse), but goats just move too much for it to stay in so she's going to get SQ fluids instead. :sigh:

    She looks real bad right now. I've given her albon and excenel. It's about saving her now, i can't worry about the kids. Got a call into the satellite tufts office who will hopefully come out this way.

    I hope the vets can see her quickly and be able to treat her :hug: I am so sorry you are dealing with this Ashley, I pray Excel has the strength to fight.
