Two of our does have a little eye irritation. Seems I remember reading somewhere that it is safe to use antibiotic ointment on eyes?? I do not want to do it without double-checking with you all. I could run up to the feed store and get terramycin (sp?) It is only one eye - one doe, (Magnolia) seems to be more affected and her eye is weeping quite a bit more than Claribelle. No other goats are affected.
Yes, you can use a "triple antibiotic" salve in the eye....I've heard Neosporin as well, though I'm not sure.
