Have been working on getting 2 acres fenced off an just finished it. The goats did not waste any time diving in!! After they got past the gate the only thing you could see was the weeds moving. After about an hour they are all layed up under the shade chewing their cud.

The whole 2 acres is nothing but brush so this should last them till winter, an it also gives the other pasture some rest in this dry hot weather!!

Wow, that is nice! You'll have to do a headcount when they come in at night to make sure some aren't hiding out! :p

They better enjoy it we have been working on this fence for months. Its very uneven ground. Had to bring a dozer in to level out spots to put the fence in. Couldn't use anything but panels on most of it cause some places where so steep we had to cut the panels so they was even with the ground. But the exciting part is (most of you will prolly agree) I get to add more goats. Ive still got 3 young does to add to the pasture when they are older, but that still isn't enough to come close to eating this part down anytime soon. The whole 2 acres looks just like those pics. Its filled with buck brush, saplings, wild rose bushes, an thorn trees!!
