I have wanted to get into the world of dairy goats for fifteen years, and my husband and I just bought a small farm with plenty of space for a few goats and chickens. We live in North Carolina. We are soon to get a couple of goats from a guy we met who needs to downsize, and from there, we'll probably get a couple more dairy goats to get started. I'm looking forward to learning the ropes here!
Hi from Oklahoma! Glad you are here on TGS! I raise meat goats, and learn right along side the dairy goats!😂🤣 great group of people working with their goats, doin the best they can! I would love to see pictures when you get your girls!
Some people asked what kind of goats I want. Well, I'm planning to stick to dairy, and I would prefer to have Nubians or Nigerians from everything I have read about them. I will post some pictures soon. Thank you for the kind welcome.
