My 2 FF (mini Nubians) are due in May.
I havent been touching their udders or prepping them in any way, tho I have had them since they were 3 months old. (they are almost 2 yr)

Please tell me what to do to prep them to milk stand. Do I start now? Please help.
They are cousins. Both of their mothers are in my herd (ND) and have been milked by me (winter 2018-2019). I am afraid they are a little more skittish then their moms, though. I dont really know why.... I do pet and rub them....

Ideally I will never have to milk my ND again. Especially the one, very very small nipples. And the other is hairy and black underneath and a bit bossy/kicky.
I would just love if I could train the mini Nubians well....

You can clip the hair off the hairy doe. (Electric animal clippers).
When you milk, don't pull the teats, squeeze them, like squeezing frosting out of a pasty cone!

Let them play on the stand, feed them, but don't lock them in or do anything to them on the stand. They will come around!
