Flicka and kids update

    Flickas new mommy e-mailed me pictures here is one of them (permission to use them given)

    She says they are nursing on their own and even Lil Bit too.

    I don't know if she will join but it would be great if she did.

    Flicka and kids are her first adventure with goats :greengrin:

    That is great.

    They sure look good. Stacey, we need her to join. If these are her first goat adventure, then this really is the place she should be.

    They look happy and HEALTHY! :leap: It's great that they learned to eat from mommy too! Let her know that she has done a wonderful job!

    Oh I thought she had some special experience or something...tell her we are pestering you. Maybe she'll take pity on you and at least come on and tell us what she did.

    OH I know what she did --- she took Flicka and now she is "by herself" without having to worry about the other does and Jasper and kids. Flicka always had a hard time with the herd dynamic. That is why I wanted her to go to a home where she was either only with one other goat or just with her kids.

    once away from everyone she settled in and let them nurse.
