For you milkers... do you de-worm all at the same time?

Do you de-worm all your milk does at the same time thus not having any milk during that time? Or, do you de-worm them on different schedules so you always have milk from at least one doe?

I am wondering about how effective it is to de-worm only part of your herd instead of all at the same time... is there any issue with the worm cycle when it is done that way? I hope that makes sense - I'm trying to ask if the cycle is broken if all the goats are not de-wormed at the same time or if you fight a continue battle (more than normal  ) when they are not all done at the same time.

I only worm mine as needed so not all mine get wormed on the same day-- I tend to forget to throw out the milk after I worm!

My does get wormed after they kid, then only if needed once they are being milked for my use. I don't worm again til they are being dryed off in prep for breeding. I do worm IF they show pale lids and I have a fecal done, then I only dump milk for 3 days.
