I hope all of you out there who are having your first kids I hope that that they go as smoothly as my did. Even though it went really smoothly and I knew that the kids were coming when I first looked out and saw these three little kids I admit it, I freaked out a little. lol. I was extreemly tired and slightly panicked and had to think. . . okay what do I have to do. Having a kidding bucket really helped because everything I did was right there, and a lot of stuff that I didn't. For my next kidding I am making a little 3 x 5 card with what to do for each kid using the info from here at TGS and http://fiascofarm.com/goats/kidding.htm#assisting Just a little check list for myself. I just thought I would pass that along to anyone else who thinks they may lose their head when the moment finally arrives.
