I noticed on one of my goats tonight that her tongue was hanging out the side of her mouth. her ears are droopy and she is skinnier that she used to be. She had a set of twins not that long ago. she doesn't open her mouth to eat. and she struggles with eating. is their diseases that she could have?

mostly all of the ones that I said. when she drank she licked it up kindof like a dog. instead of normal. her very droopy ears.
If she's swollen, it sounds like Benadryl is in order. Dosage for liquid Benadryl is 2-4 tsp/10-20cc for adults.

so you want me to star gibing her benadryl? to see if that helps
Benadryl sure won't hurt. B complex as well while we help you figure this out. Let us know her temp

ok
well I took her temp twice the first time it was 100.9 and the second was 100.3
She is definitely not well and you need to get her temp up because low temp means rumen problems.

With her poor condition and symptoms I would get a vet out.

how do I do that?
Give b complex shot daily, probiotics daily, dark beer, thiamine injections, CD antitoxin etc

Make sure she is eating a lot of hay and is not shivering

I agree get a vet to see her
