Goat fans

The fans at tractor supply or rural king are fine.

I think I got mine at Walmart or Lowes, it wasn’t super pricey. I think they were shop or industrial type fans. The barn fans at farm stores work really well. My fan has a cord but I keep that up out of the goats reach, which is fine because it’s mounted high in the barn to keep air moving through on windless days.

I had a box fan, but I tend to get paranoid and you hear the horror stories about them, so for peace of mind I spent more and got a FarmTek made for barns and other types of areas. It's the smaller one, but it helps the girls out. Then of course I got paranoid about them chewing on the cord and so I'd try and coil it up at the end of the day (of course I unplug it when not in use!) and ended up falling last year. So this year I have left it in the outlet cover and they seem to be leaving it alone. I did wrap some old electric fencing material around it to try and prevent chewing - that'd be lovely if they sold the wrapping that comes on heated buckets, but I never found them.
