Combine in a saucepan:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 t. Salt (we just use 1 t. of herbal salt, since we don’t use much salt)
2 t. Dry mustard
1 t. Garlic powder
1 t. Tapioca starch

Add:
1 1/2 cups goat milk
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.
Stir at least half of the mixture into

1 beaten egg

Return egg mixture to saucepan and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in:

1 T. Butter or coconut oil.

Cool.
