Arthur has lost his voice
it's barely a whisper
what do i do?
sounds like he has been romancing the ladies and strained his voice.
he should get it back.
he has to stop voicing his opinion so much...LOL.... he should be alright....if he can stop talking and resting his voice....LOL
I say enjoy the quiet. :slapfloor:
good one ...he must of had a strong voice.... at one time ...you are very right lori...LOL
definitely enjoy the quiet
i think it may be a combo of yelling and cold
he is my "alarm"
i know when the hay feeder is getting low
i know when the water needs freshened
i know when its dinner time
(he stands by each item and yells until i come out)
oh my! talk about spoiled :shades:
wow.....that is spoiled.....now he spoiled his voice ......by being spoiled.....LOL
funny thing is
he will ignore my kids and my husband if they are outside
but every time they hear the back door close they all look up
and if they even THINK they see me or if they hear my voice
it's "MMMMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! WE'RE HUNGRY/THIRSTY/NEED LOVE etc"
What exactly do they sound like when they "Yell"
Jess's Goat Snowy only does i tiny little maaeeaamaa
And you can sometimes hear him if he's near the creek because it echoes up.
Never seen a goat really "Yell" lol
when my goats yell my neighbors 1/4 mile up the road can hear them
you really need to meet some nubians
 Arthur sounds just like his granddaddy. Charlie would maaaaaa until he lost his voice. Especially when in rut. It was nice to have it quiet! He'd open his mouth and just this little hiss of air would come out.
