Awe..poor thing. I would clean it well and apply a wound spray on it. If there is puncture area she will need tetanus antitoxin if not UTD on CDT.
I would suggest bringing it to a vet. Animal ears in general that are bit like this, where it draws blood and a large chunk is bitten like that, should receive veterinary attention. They will likely stitch it back up. I used to help a friend at his pet resort. A Labrador bit a Bernese Mountain Dog's ear just like this. The dog had to get stitches. If you can, you should try to clean it as wellMy sisters goat was bitten by a dog through the fence. The ear is split i came by to help take the goat to the vet but I really am not sure if it needs it. Should we do wound care and prevent infection or take it to a vet.
