Luckily I have NDs but they have chewed my horse's tail so it barely goes past his haunches.:GAAH: How do I keep them from eating it? Any ideas? Obviously he loves his goatie buddies since he never kicks or does anything mean to anything..animal or human.

Hmm, you could put something sour tasting on it, or maybe try putting it in a tail bag? Or, if you just have a shoelace or long piece of small rope there are ways it can be braided into a bun.

Tail bag. My friend had a sheep who had a real taste for horse tail. Her husband about killed her when sheep ate his horses tail off LOL. Tail bags were the only thing that stopped him.

I would also suggest tail bags :)
