After a zillion remedies, my little buck Caper has real poops! Gosh, you know you're a goataholic when your goats' poops are headline news! Anyway, the kaopectate must have helped, and I just dosed him again. Maybe we're finally out of the woods. Thanks to all on the "diarrhea" subject! Brooke :leap:

Unfortunately, after doing so many remedies, it's hard to tell what actually worked...but I think it was the Kaopectate that finally did it. I took him off any grain, kept him inside away from grass, and gave him the kao. But I had also given him more di-methox and pepto before that, which didn't seem to be working. This is actually the second time he's had a bout with scours. I just hope I'm not covering something up that will come back when the kao is out of his system! Even though we don't intend to keep him, I'd hate to lose him like this!
