Ok so we have 8 goats, all are pygmy's but one and she is 1/2 pygmy. We have 2 short hair and the rest are long hair. The weather here has be miserable to say the least. Temps in the upper 90's feels like of over 100. Should my long haired goats be cut, do I need to cut them all? 5 of them are almost solid black. :whatgoat:
If you are afraid they will overheat then I would. Shaving can really help them out during the summer.
