    Hello All,

I vaccinated all my goats 3 days ago for CDT. My boer doe has a slight lump and there is a little heat over the area. I have had them get a small lump at an injection site, but never noticed heat. She's acting fine, but did not appreciate me poking at it. Should I be worried or just keep an eye on it?

    Thanks so much,
    Kerry

Maybe alternate hot and cold compresses on the site of injection. And yes, keep an eye on it and take her overall rectal temperature.
