I'm Robynlynn and I've joined the sight as of earlier today!
Love the friendly atmoshpere this sight seems to portray!
I've been raising goats for about 6 years. the past 3 I have enjoyed the dairy breeds. I have 4 nubians 3 lamancha's and 1 nigerian ready to come in very soon. Spending my winter days with the monitor on listening for the familiar cry of a mama or babe!
Glad to have found all of you to pass the time with!

My husband's company built our sight....the bad thing is when you're not a priority it's hard to get them to finish....we want to get our goats posted on the sight but they have not set it up so we can do that. .......not complaining, so far it's all be FREE! Besides everygoat would look like a bear in pictures right now anyway! Furry and ready to kid!
Glad to be in contact with all of you!

Hi! Im very new to goats, and just joined this forum today. Im Ginny and Im from NJ. I have never owned a goats before, but am hoping to learn and share experiences with others here and hoping to get a few pet goats sometime in the near future. Im undecided as to which breed/s but I definately do like the pygmy ones alot. My husband and I have a small horse farm in southern NJ. This looks like a great forum, thanks Stacy for pointing me here! :leap:

    Hi Ginny,
I've been on other forums and the theme here of "keep it friendly keep it fun" is refreshing!
I started with a pygmy! I think I've had every breed now but obers and toggs.
Goats are Great! You are going to LOVE them~whatever breed you decide on. :stars:

The moderators here are fantastic about keeping things friendly. Welcome from Kansas. I absolutely ADORE my minis! If I could make a living with them out here, they would be my number 1 pick. We have Nigerian Dwarf for our small breed and boer mix for our large breed. We are trying to raise some decent commercial goats for 4H
