Baycox if great for coccidis prevention and i would recommend going ahead and give that 1 cc per 5 pounds. I would also deworm her, I would pick up another dewormer. Try valbazen or a good horse deworming paste. Equamax is good to address tape worm as well just in case that is an issue. You will know shortly after treatment. 3 times the dose so if she weighs 25 pounds..dose for 75 pounds for most all horse dewormers except Quest which is 1 cc per 100 pounds. I wouldnt use on a tiny one.
Tummy Tamer with garlic Is also good to give for the poop..
Tummy Tamer
1 teaspoon each
Cayenne pepper
Ginger
Cinnamon
Slippery elm
Molasses
Acv
20-30 cc water..blend in a garlic clove until smooth..

Also won't hurt to give the baycox to all kids..just as a prevention. But only deworm the ones who need it based on fecal, famacha and Condition
