Help! Anemic Goat, Treatment? Proper Injection of Duravet Iron-100 Injectable Iron?

I have a severely anemic adult alpine wether. His eyes lids are near white. I started treatment as soon as I saw that he had bottle jaw. His breathing is very accelerated and he has had a dry cough for sometime that I thought was a result of dry dusty alfalfa until I saw the bottle jaw. Today is DAY 8 of treatment. I am located too rurally for any veterinary services; so, regrettably, it's all on us. He is a black goat and shows signs of copper deficiency (red hair tips, fish tail). I have ordered copper boluses but they won't arrive for another week and no stores within a 12 hour drive carries them. He weighs around 230lbs. He is off his pasture and in an area with little risk of parasites. He currently has access to a free choice mineral (Bar*Ale Western Sweet Goat Mineral) and a "Billy Block". Though for the past few months he only had access to the weak MannaPro mineral from TSC. We have never had parasites in our herd before and have never had to worm them in the past 8 years. However, our goats spent some time in someone's horse pen this past winter and I suspect picked up something from there.

Treatment thus far:

• Ivermectin 1% solution @ 1ml/40# orally, on DAY 1
• Following the suggested dose of Red Cell at 6cc/100#, I have been giving 16cc of Red Cell orally, everyday for 7 days with only minor improvement to his eye color. I will now start dosing at a rate of 16cc/week

-On DAY 4, I gave 20cc of B-Complex
-DAY 5, bottle jaw lessens
-DAY 7, Bottle jaw returns, At the suggested dose of 1ml/25# of albendazole(Valbazen), I gave 10ml orally.
-DAY 8, bottle jaw returns, B-complex and selenium oral paste

Questions:
-Should I use injectable Iron at this point? If so, IM or SQ injection? And if IM, then how does one tell if I am hitting a vein or blood vessel when Iron solution is too dark to see blood while pulling the syringe plunger? Regarding injectable iron, I get conflicting suggestions of dose and method from reading around:

"Injectable iron is 4 cc per 100#...so 2 cc for 50# sub Q once daily for a week then once a week until lid color improves..."

"...for an adult I give 3 CC's IM."

-Should I continue with injectable or oral B-vitamins? If so, what dose?
-I have Merrick's Blue Ribbon Power Punch, should I use it now that I have stopped Red Cell daily? Should I use it instead of, or in addition to the B vitamins?
-Any further suggestions or guidance?
