Hi, welcome to TGS..

Could be bottle jaw from worms, could be an abscess from a tooth...where is the swelling? Underneath? on the side? Does she have a temp? How long has she been off feed?

I would start with b complex , cd antitoxin and probiotics at the very least...

Sounds like couldbe Bottle jaw..check her lower inner lids as well...if they are pale or white she is in danger...

here is a link to show you what bottle jaw looks like..see if thisis what your Doe has

if so here is the treatment

Safe wormer is Ivomec Plus 1 cc per 40# sub Q 3 times 10 days apart then once more in 30 days...Iv.+ is recommended since it kills both barpole and Liver fluke both of which can cause bottle jaw..

You need to treat the anemia

red cell 6 cc per 100# double day one reg. Dose for a week then once a week until color returns
Vit B 12 is needed to help her rebuild her red blood cells
high protien feed, alfalfa and green leaves are all helpful to restore red blood cells..
