I just picked this guy up yesterday. He's only five days old and huge already. I am crossing my fingers he might be able to breed some of my does this fall even.

He needs a name. His sire is Stingray Tanner and his dam is Dazzlin Diamond. I'm not crazy about either of those. Our farm and herd name is Run-A-Muck but he will have his previous owners herd name of course. All our does have names that end in 'a' (one doe born this month we named Corona, naturally).

No, I haven't decided. His sire's name/barn name is Tanner. Shouldn't I pick something different? I do like it.

Owen is my son's name! Haha!

Well if you are trying to be different for registration purposes you could always add something to tanner to make it different. Like... Tanner Bananer (That's just an example :lolgoat:). But then just still call him Tanner.

Since his dad is Stingray Tanner I thought about Tanner Marlin, but like you said still call him Tanner.
