Welcome to the goat forum..

I'm not sure what I'm seeing? Is there pimple like bumps on the chin? Pictures are a bit blurry.

I think @Rodgers567 is talking about the white flakes/dandruff?? To me it looks like a zinc deficiency or maybe mites.

Skin looks to be pink..not crusty or angry..I would start with zinc. 50 mg once a day for a week and see how they do.

She has bumps on her mouth
Her eyes are scabby
And Her belly is all flakey
I have treated for mites three weeks in a row with ivomec so surely that would of cured it if it was mites?
Yes..should have had results with ivomec. Try the zinc and apply nustock to help heal things. Other thought is staph. Bumps would look like little white pimples. That will take Chlorhexidine 2 times a day if so. I'm sorry I can't see the bumps well in the picture.

Ok il try zinc and also nu stock
Also would staph be all over her belly? I also have a Nubian who has like crusts in his feet? Whole herd was injected with ivomec 3 weeks in a row for once a week,
What do I put on for a staph infection?

Staph can be any where on the body but mostly see where things can stay wet..such as usder..belly, vulva area. Its more of a pimple appearance and not so much flaky.
Crusty feet can be mites, rain rot, hoof rot. Mites on legs to me are hardest to get rid of. We gently scrub scabs off and pat dry the area then apply nu stock along with ivomec injectable at 1 cc per 40 # sub q

Was the bedding cleaned out of the sleeping area and replaced during/after the treatment for mites?

Some forms of staph can be contagious. Chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) wash 2 times a day helps dry the pimples up. Don't pop them. That can spread them.
Clean bedding to keep her off the dirt when resting. B complex vit c and fresh raw garlic to help boost immune system.
