    Hi guys,
I have a small fiasco :? and I hope you can help. My 2 month old kid just did something to her horn last night, it is all bloody and it lookes like the horn is gone!! she wont let me get a good look at it though, and I am frantic :hair: although now the bleeding has stopped a little. thanks
    Gertie :angelgoat:

  2. If she keeps bleeding she should see a vet or someone who can use a disbudder to burn/coterize the wound. If it is just superficial like a shallow scratch you could try quick stop or cornstarch (notify it is deep!)
I am not a vet; good luck.

If she knocked her horn off there isn't much you can do but make sure no infection sets in.

I would catch her and figure out what exactly is going on. Clean the are to see if she needs to see a vet or have the area burnt to cauterize.

If it's not still bleeding then she should be just fine. Just watch and make sure it doesn't become infected or anything.

You can spray some Blu Kote on it. :)

Neosporin would be ok too if you don't have Blu Kote. ;)

Blu kote would be my choice as well - TSC carries it
