We were so pleased when our first freshener Ivy gave birth to triplets two days ago, all healthy, two girls and a boy! They've been in a separate stall with mom since they were born.
Today we decided to let our only other goat, the herd queen who is also pregnant and due in about two weeks, mingle with Ivy and the babies. She wasn't interested in the babies at all, but started fighting with Ivy and they've been going at it for almost an hour now!

Should I be worried about their fighting? I'm inclined to just let them work it out, but I don't want Ivy to get so exhausted after giving birth so recently and I don't want Delphinium to get all worked up since she's due to kid soon. They're headbutting more roughly than they usually do, and then they'll just stand there and lick each others heads...
Any insights would be much appreciated!!

I too would separate them. The Queen is doing it because she is the queen and because she is pregnant. I would not take a chance right now.
