Hernia? Conspicuous bulge just above and to the right of doe's anus

Long story short, our friend is experiencing a life crisis and we took in one of his does. He says she is 6 years old, and has freshened 3 times. The first two times, she was VERY large and had quads. A couple weeks ago, she freshened again but struggled with a vaginal prolapse late in the pregnancy and wasn't able to push the 2 kids out herself. Now, I see she sometimes has a conspicuous 1-2" round bulge just above and to the right of her anus when she walks up hill or when she is vocalizing. She is able to urinate, but it's kind of a dribbling, splashy mess. Her milk production is just a fraction of what it has been in the past.

Is this a hernia? Does this goat need to be culled or is this something that will heal with time alone or would it require surgery?

My guess would be prolapse. But it sounds like things probably didn't go well in the past. She shouldn't be like that if previous pregnancies were truly fine. My guess would also be that she has been very deficient in minerals and vitamins for a long time.

You might want to get a vet involved, they can stitch the prolapse so she can pee. I wouldn't breed her again, if
she were mine.

Can you post a picture?
A pic may help and I do agree with a vet.
