Hi! I'm new to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I live on a 10 acre farm in Ab. Canada. (DopeyOpie is my sister) A few years ago we had five pygmy goats that we eventually had to give up due to sad circumstances. We currently have 2 goats: a French Alpine cross (likely part Toggenburg) buck and a Toggenburg, Saanen, Alpine, Nubian cross wether. Several months ago I helped out for five days on a goat farm during kidding season. I have raised turkeys, gamehens and guinea fowl for the past six years, but would like to eventually get into milk goats and making cheese as well. I registered on this forum to hopefully help expand my knowledge about goats :stars: I look forward to getting to know you all and learn more about ... GOATS :stars:

I'm just over 18 and as for extended family pictures that's up to my sis, I'm to technically declined to figure it out! I raise mainly Nicholas White turkeys, but am getting into the Bronze Breasted now too, I raised a fair amount last year already. My gamehens are a heavier breed. I cannot beleive how friendly everyone is here, you don't get that much on other sites. Thanks for making us feel so welcome! :leap:
Thats great! We raise Broad Breasted Whites, Royal Palms, Red Bourbons, Bronze Breasted and Eastern Wild. What exactly do you mean by 'game'hens? like jungle fowl or..?
