These are my nubian and nigerian goats, both are pregnant i have felt babies . The nubian had discharge on February 28 thick white/yellowish and now has kinda clear only small amounts . They both pee when they sneeze at this point. The nigerian has had small amounts of discharge wants me around all the time. Nubian who is my baby, decided she doesnt want that much attention now. She eats like she has becer seen food before, nigerian however has become a slow nibbler and not as interested in it in the last two days. Today i came out and they look skinny and puny. I am posting pics of yesterday of nubian and today of both. Am i close also nubian has some what of an udder and seems firmer but not huge Nigerian ff has small tight udder and teats elongated.

I can't see much of an udder on either one. Some discharge is normal. Do they have a good loose mineral? What exactly are you feeding?
I am doing alfalfa, i have eased up on grain since i thought we may be close, they get sunflower seeds 1/2 cup between both thw also graze fr 6 hours a day and corn as a treat. I have been also giving probiotics and beet pulp . Hopefully i am doing this alright?

And on the Nigerian im sorry i have not shaved her she lets me check her daily as she loves belly rubs. I would say by feeling it would be about a full cup where as before you could barely feel her teats at all

Haveing discharge is what we call loseing her plug. This can happen a month to 2 weeks before delivery.
When babies drop, you can see Moms hips, this is normal, the little ones are moveing into the birthing position.
With my girls, they go off by themselves and lay down alot for about a week. Then they start oozing an amber goo..they paw the ground, lay down, stand up, for awhile. Then they lay on their sides, and start.pushing. It takes awhile then you can see the hoofs & nose in an amber bubble.
Ok she is today staying in her pen laying down and getting up stomping her feet seems uncomfortable. Still no discharge
