My 2 month old Nigerian dwarf, Larry, was disbudded and now it feels like horns are growing back in! Is this normal? Help!

If he wasn't disbudded correctly or was done too late, yes, he could have horn growth or scurs coming in. Depending on his size, you *might* be able to re-disbud. Sometimes it's hard to get everything when you disbud the bucklings. They're more prone to scurs.

Yeah I've heard that banding them will also stop the horns from growing is this true? I was planning on banding in the next few weeks

I've tried to band my 2 wethers, 3 times, let's just say that they still have their horns. Good thing they are gentle boys, and they are pets:) I've given up this last round.
