Welcome to the Goat Spot.
Pictures of her lady parts might tell you if she's bred or not,but they can't tell you how far along she is.
That's impossible.
There are signs you can watch for that help you guess a date range though.
What was the last possible date she was with a buck?

Ok, yes, she might be bred. How about answering as many of these as you can (since she was a rescue if you can't it's ok)
When was she last with a buck?
How old is she (about)?
What breed is she?
Can you get pictures from the top looking down, and from the side and from the back end but further away so we can see both sides of her tummy ?

They normally start building an udder about a month prior to kidding. She does look possibly bred. We really can't give you a kidding time.
