I used it when I first got goats. I made medicine balls for them. This is just my own personal experience with Mollys, but even though I used it religiously, even giving extra doses of formula 1 when I thought the goats were having parasite issues it just wasn't strong enough for us.
Maybe it's our climate, I got goats in the middle of winter and didn't have issues with Molly's until warmer wet weather started. I sent fecals and realized Molly's wasn't cutting it. I love the idea of using more natural alternatives but I also didn't want to compromise my goats wellbeing. Now I run fecals and just treat when necessary with antihelmnics that treat the specific parasite I'm dealing with. I've also found providing a good diet, quality minerals and good husbandry practices also help quite a bit.
