What about offering bottle lambs for sale?
I knew someone with a sheep herd and she had an arrangement with another woman to take any extras that needed bottle feeding and only left twins on her sheep. This other woman would also bottle feed any lambs whose mom's rejected them or had no milk. In exchange, she kept a few of the male lambs to put in her freezer and gave all female lambs back to original owner. Both people were very happy with the arrangement.
