So I want to get a doe I decided. Instead of a buck, then I will get them both bred. So does anyone know how old a doe can breed? I mean if it's an infant when I get her, then when the season comes again will she be ready to breed?

What breed? Most should be over a year old before breeding.

they can accidentally breed at a very young age (2 months), but can have life threatening problems for them and the baby, over 1 year is best for almost all breeds

I agree, they can get pregnant very young.
It all depends on the breed and citation as to how young, so it varies.
But I have had no issue with mine, when weaning them at 3 months old, these are boers.

But I do not have any mature bucks in with the young doelings or mama's, only the same age bucklings as the other siblings/same ages, they all are weaned about the same time.

They can breed early but breeding early is not generally recommended due to the complications that can happen from it. Best rule of thumb is roughly a year old but it will vary by breed

I agree, don't breed under 1 year old.
And if they are too small in size for their age another no, no.
