I am purchasing a buckling born on Thanksgiving Day. I have to go out of town the second week of January and don't have anyone who can bottle feed him. The breeder says at 6 weeks, he will only be taking one bottle a day. Can I wean him at 6 weeks when I go out of town? I have someone who will watch and feed the goats but they won't bottle feed the boy. If I can't wean him before I go then I don't think I can buy him.
