we have a doe here that is so darn sweet.
she was born on march 10.
    bottle fed the whole time.

her grandma won gc at our fair here in san diego.
but her mom has not been shown.
she was from a no name buck and will not be registered.
if she was registered id keep her in a heartbeat.

so what you all think is a reasonable price for her?

here is a picture of her.

    one with our son

    already training her

I would say anywhere from 100-200 dollars in my area. If you really want to sell her I think 125 is a good number.

    thank you.
this is our first doe kid we will be selling.
i paid 300 for one of my reg. girls and thought she would be around 250 as a reg. doe so i did 175.00 on craigs list.
thank you all for your help.

Hope you find a home for her. We've had pretty descent luck with advertising on Craigslist-except you can get some spammers if you allow them to email you.

I wish we were closer. :sigh: Ben fell in love. :eek:hlala: and since our Fancy won't give him the time of day.... Good luck finding her a home. She would be welcomed in Alabama.

I've never, ever wanted a large breed goat before.... especially not a nubian but let me just say.... she is soooooooo ADORABLE!!!!! I bet you my mom would take that girl and spoil her rotten! LOL She really wants to get into cheese making and other goat products. She raises nigies, Pygmys and Boers (all on separate pastures) along with cattle, mini pigs, chickens, Painted desert sheep.... she loves her animals! LOL

That doe is precious! I'm in love. :)
  13. I think you did well and I would say at least 150.00. If used for milk she will pay for herself. If used for breeding she will pay for herself and if she goes for a pet, well who can put a price on that. Point is she is a lovely doe. She is a kind and gental doe and the time and cost that you have put into her is more then fair to ask what you are asking. Remember, don't let buyers tell you your animals worth you tell them and stand by it. Congrats she is lovely!
