How do I tell if my goat is in heat? I haven't been through this before...I have Nubians. Also, what is the youngest you have ever had a doe come in heat?

They can be more vocal. Flag their tail a lot. Some discharge. Other girls are breeding her. It can start very young like around 4 months. So that is why it is important to have your males removed from their area.
