We used to get upset when on a rare occasion my ND doe decided to step in the milk jar. Tonight she plopped her hoof in, didn't like that it got wet and shloshed it around in the jar for a minute. So...I strained it, marked the jar with and S and put in the fridge....Soap milk ;) Nothing a little lye can't handle, lol.

How have you found ways to use shtuff you never thought would be more than garbage around the farm?

I use old shipping boxes for storage for my sewing and chain stuff.

I use bailing wire to keep thongs together for shipping to show and hanging stuff at shows.

And most importantly I use old feed bags to make hay bags that I use and sell

I never throw anything away, it always gets re-used for something.

Clearwtrbeach- Try mixing the milk with their pellets or whatever you feed your chickens. Mine love their milk but I mix it with their crumbles.
