Yep! Though you will need to have an automated ice cream maker...available at Walmart for under $30.00 But lately I have been taking the easy way out and getting the ice cream mixes from Walmart. Vanilla 2C Goat Milk 2 C Goat cream.....or omit and use the carton of heay cream from the store. 1 C sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. mix all together in canister of ice cream maker and freeze/mix as directed for machine Chocolate 2 c goat milk 1 1/2 c sugar 1/2 c baking cocoa 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 c goat cream...or get heavy cream from the store. mix all together in canister and freeze.
Just about ANY ice cream recipe you come across can be subbed with goats milk......even the fruit sherberts...and those "mixes" that Walmart carries....just add milk..simple and quick and very good.
I second what Liz said about the premixes....makes making a little bit of icecream realy easy because I usualy make it just for myself. If you buy an icecream maker it comes with receipes
