I'm going to bring home three new goats this week. They are all Nubians. A doe and her wether brother and another doe from a different source. How is the best way to introduce them to my goats? They will need to all live together with my Alpines.

The single doe comes tomorrow, the other two later this week.

Personally, I just put them all together and stay out there for a while - they will figure it all out!

Well, first of all, I think it's always a good idea to keep them quarenteened for a couple weeks, but if that's not possible then just put them all together. When I get new ones I put them out there and let them figure out the pecking order on their own. Congrats on them!!

If they're in a large enough area I'd just put them together... I find if I put my smaller one in with the big ones outside, they're fine, but in a small space they all pick on her and bite her ears. Or stay out there awhile with them...
