Hi All, I am wondering if any one has heard of injectable antibiotics being given orally, such as oxytetracycline or others. An experienced goat farmer swears by this method, but she could be totally wrong too. I'm concerned for the rumen being damaged. Any advice welcome.
Thanks in advance.

The rumen processes it differently and would not be as effective. You would also kill the bacteria in the rumen. Injected should be given injected.
