Is it possible to transmit CAE through the usage of Milk machines? Like if a positive doe is milked and then a negative doe?

If you're pooling the milk, absolutely. Always milk CAE positive does separately and always last. Clean and sanitize properly as usual.

Like just on the milking attachments it's possible to transmit it from doe to doe?
Everything is possible, always use precautionary measures, especially while dealing with bodily fluids.

Best bet would be to milk the CAE positive does last.

I honestly would milk a CAE + doe by hand and the others by machine... I would just worry about it not being clean enough ect .ect.

Your milk room has vapor droplets of milk everywhere. They land on everything, the goats are breathing them, licking them off surfaces, eating them on their grain, and getting them in cuts and bites.
There's a very good chance that these droplets might carry CAE around.
