Is there anything - perhaps herbal - that can be used on a doe nursing kids? If so, what exactly is the name and do you know dosage for a Nigi?

If not... :? should I use the same "human" three-day throw-out-the-milk rule for the kids if I use pour on ivermectin?

I only use the chemical wormers and it is safe for nursing kids...I use the Ivercare paste.

The link above has some good info on udsing the pour on.

The herbal dewormer I found on has worked very well, even through a greening up since the drought broke. Since my does are pregnant I've only given them the weekly wormer, not the monthly wormer. Had a fecal done last week at the vets and they were at 1+ worm load after 3 months on the herbal (four would be a very high, serious worm load).

Plus my goats love the dewormer and I use it as a weekly treat.
